Do you charge extra for Pick Up or Delivery?
No. We offer unbeatable prices with no additional fees or service charges unless your order total is less than $15. Orders totaling less than $15 will be charged a $3 service fee (residential only). Orders over $15 are Picked Up and Delivered for FREE!

Do you charge a membership fee?
No membership is required.

Do I have to sign a contract or binding agreement?
No. You can use our services as much or as little as you like with no contracts or agreements! We’re confident that we will save you time and money and hope that you will continue using our services!

Where do you Pick Up and Deliver my order?
We Pick Up and Deliver to a location and area of your choice! We will Pick Up and Deliver to any home, apartment, condo or office within our delivery area on our Scheduled Delivery days.

Do I have to be present for my order to be Picked Up or Delivered?
No it is not required.

  • At the Office: Leave your order in the agreed upon location
  • At your Apartment or Condo: Leave your order at the office, front desk or other agreed upon location
  • At your Home: Leave your order in the agreed upon location

What type of bag should I put my clothes in for Pick Up?
We will provide you with a Payless Express dry cleaning bag.

How do I pay for your door-to-door service?
First-time customers must submit their credit card information which will be kept on file. Your card is never charged until your order is delivered.

How do I place an order?
Simply click on Request A Pick Up or Contact Us and we will take care of the rest!

How will I know my scheduled Pick Up and Delivery days?
You can either call us to schedule a fixed time each week for your pick up or click on Request a Pick Up whenever you wish to schedule another pick up. Our regular pick up and delivery hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.

Do I have to tip your delivery driver?
No. Our drivers do not accept tips or gratuities.

How do I tell you about a special request or a stain on my garment?
Special requests or instructions can be noted on the Payless Express Dry Cleaning Sign up for Service form. For stains, you should mark them with tape and place a note with a description and place it in the Payless Express Dry Cleaning bag.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order after it’s delivered?
Please call our office at (609) EXPRESS or send us an e-mail at paylessexpresscleaner@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. We use the most advanced, industry-accepted encryption and authentication technology for all transactions to assure that only our authorized staff can read any information that is transmitted to us.
